Description
Up and Down Adjustment: Manually Adjustable for Lower-Open and Upper-Open StatesJudge whether it is upper-open or lower-open according to the mark on the float ball. If the mark faces upward, it indicates the lower-open state; if it faces downward, it indicates the upper-open state. The factory default is the lower-open setting. If the upper-open state is needed, please follow the steps below:
1 Use a pair of vise pliers to remove the circlip under the float switch.
2 Take the float ball off the rod and flip it 180°.
3 Put the float ball back onto the rod and clamp the circlip. At this time, the mark on the float ball faces downward.
4 Check whether it is upper-open and lower-open. Use the buzzer mode of a multimeter to test the on-off state. When the float is at the bottom, the multimeter does not buzz; when the float is at the top, the multimeter buzzes. If so, the adjustment is correct.
