Description

The float switch supports manual adjustment between lower-open and upper-open states. The operating mode can be identified by the mark on the float ball: when the mark faces upward, it indicates the lower-open state; when the mark faces downward, it indicates the upper-open state. The factory default setting is lower-open.
To change the setting to upper-open, remove the circlip beneath the float ball, take the float ball off the rod, rotate it 180°, and reinstall it with the mark facing downward. After securing the circlip, use the buzzer mode of a multimeter to verify the switching function: the multimeter should remain silent when the float is at the bottom and sound when the float is at the top, confirming that the adjustment is correct.
