The LUGB Intelligent Vortex Flow Meter is designed for accurate measurement of gas, liquid, and steam flow in industrial applications.

Using vortex shedding measurement technology and a high-precision sensor probe, the meter provides stable and reliable flow monitoring for compressed air, steam, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas, water, and various industrial liquids.

The intelligent digital display supports instantaneous flow, accumulated flow, and pulse output display, enabling efficient monitoring and process control.

What is a vortex flow meter?

A vortex flow meter is a device that measures flow based on the vortex shedding principle. When fluid passes a bluff body inside the meter, vortices are generated, and the frequency is proportional to flow velocity.

What media can this flow meter measure?

It can measure: Water and liquids Steam Air and gases (such as natural gas, nitrogen, compressed air)

What is the measuring principle?

It works based on the Karman vortex street principle. The vortex frequency is directly proportional to flow velocity, which is converted into flow rate by the transmitter.
