Description
The ELE-804 is a gas-collection-tube (air chamber) type submersible level transmitter specifically developed for high-temperature environments. By using a stainless steel gas chamber, the sensor measures liquid level through gas pressure transmission, effectively preventing direct contact between the sensing element and the medium. This design greatly improves resistance to fouling, blockage, and corrosion.
The transmitter is equipped with an intelligent circuit board that performs automatic temperature compensation and linear signal calibration, ensuring stable output and reduced temperature drift. A 304 stainless steel capillary tube provides excellent resistance to high temperature, corrosion, and mechanical wear.
With a metal armored structure and sealed junction box, the ELE-804 offers high mechanical strength, superior sealing performance, and long-term reliability under harsh industrial conditions.
