How to choose the thread connection size?

The thread size should be selected according to the pipeline diameter of the installation system. For example: 1/2" pipe → HFS-15 3/4" pipe → HFS-20 1" pipe → HFS-25 Choosing the correct thread size ensures proper installation and accurate flow detection.

Can the flow switch be used for high-temperature media?

Yes, the HFS series flow switch can be used for liquid temperatures up to about 200°C under normal operating conditions. It is suitable for hot water or similar industrial liquids within this temperature range.

Which series should be selected for corrosive media?

The standard HFS series is mainly designed for water or non-corrosive liquids. If the medium is corrosive, it is recommended to choose stainless steel flow switches or corrosion-resistant series designed for chemical or aggressive liquids.

Which series should be selected for outdoor use?

For outdoor installations, it is recommended to select flow switch models with weather-resistant or waterproof housing.
