Description
The YEJ-101 Rectangular Diaphragm Pressure Gauge is a mechanical pressure instrument designed for measuring low, micro, and negative pressures. It uses a diaphragm capsule as the pressure-sensitive element. When the measured gas enters the pressure connection, changes in pressure cause the diaphragm capsule to deform, and the resulting displacement is transmitted through the internal mechanism to the pointer for direct pressure indication. Compared with conventional pressure gauges, this design is better suited for measuring relatively low gas pressures.
The YEJ-101 features a compact rectangular case design and is suitable for pressure monitoring in boiler ventilation systems, air ducts, and other gas pressure applications. It is primarily intended for measuring neutral gases that are non-corrosive to copper alloys and present no explosion hazard. Depending on the application, different ranges can be selected for positive pressure, negative pressure, or combined pressure/vacuum measurement. With a standard accuracy class of 2.5, the gauge is suitable for low-pressure gas indication in industrial applications.
